  • We work with most major carriers and accept most traditional insurance plans.

    Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Gardner Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. 

  • We supply detailed invoices upon request, making it easy to coordinate reimbursements or manage payment plans.

  • We would be happy to schedule your appointment for your next check up and cleaning, or for a more urgent visit if you're having pain. Please contact our office (660-582-4655) and we'll find a time that works well for you and your schedule.

  • We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
